My grandma. She had the toughest life you could imagine and still managed to raise three girls, teach middle school boys, and help out at church. All with a smile.

activities/hobbies
I love to play tennis. I play every day and play a tournament just about every weekend. Look out high school team! I also like to bake cakes. If you’ve ever seen Ace of Cakes on the FoodNetwork then you’d get where I get inspiration. I love to decorate. Then, of course, writing.

hopes and dreams
I hope I can just do something that has to do with the three things I just listed above. I also want to meet this one comedian Kathy Griffin. Oh, or change the world. In general, nothing too flashy. :)

what inspires you?
My family, my friends, and mostly the fact that in a minute you could not be able to do what you’ve been taking for granted.

what scares you?
Failure- I mean who isn’t scared of this?
ATVs&Hills- summer of 2007, I got into an accident on an ATV when it tipped over on the person driving it while I was on the back. We were going up a hill and I fell off the back and moved out of the way just before it toppled over our friend. He’s OK now but he had major surgery and now I can’t go up a hill in any vehicle without feeling like I’m going to tip backwards and fall off to my death.

dream travel destination
I really want to go back to Velo, Greece. It’s a small village outside of Corinth and the house that we stayed in during the summer of 2002 is the one my dad grew up in.

random/wacky
I do Greek dance.
I make movies in different languages with my younger sister.
I’m a citizen in two different countries.
I can speak conversationally in 4 languages.
The family in My Big Fat Greek Wedding is just like my Greek family.
I’m related to Abraham Lincoln.

what you love most about orb28
I like that I don’t have to hide behind some clichéd shell, and I get to be the REAL me. And not only do I get to experience that relief, but millions of other girls will soon be able to as well.

funniest thing that's happened to you this week or in your life
It happens more than once a week but probably when my sister and I just start laughing hysterically at pretty much nothing. One of us will just make a mistake when writing down something or while making a movie and for whatever reason we start laughing and can’t stop.

other creative things you do online (or offline)
Online: nothing unless if you count AddictingGames as “creative”
Offline: every once in a while I whip out the watercolors and I just go paint. It’s really fun.

anything else you'd like to share?
Hmm......well I have tendonitis in my elbow. Tennis elbow. And I also have tremors. I shake more than the average person. I also have a guilty pleasure of watching America’s Next Top Model. I know it’s stupid but the pictures are really cool. I also love to watch The Office.
